Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - Moshi - Marangu Gate Mandara Hut
Depart Moshi for the Marangu Gate, the starting point of your trek. Trek through dense rainforest, experiencing a shift in vegetation as you ascend. Temperature ranges from 25°C at the gate to 15°C at Mandara Hut, located at an altitude of 2,700 meters.

Day 2 - Mandara Hut Horombo Hut
Continue through the rainforest, transitioning into moorland. The landscape alters, revealing breathtaking views of Kilimanjaro's upper slopes. Horombo Hut, at an altitude of 3,720 meters, boasts a diverse vegetation mix, from giant lobelias to tussock grasses.

Day 3 - Horombo Hut Mawenzi - Back to Horombo Hut (Full-Day Acclimatization Day)
Ascend towards Mawenzi, the second-highest peak of Kilimanjaro. Experience the change in altitude and terrain, aiding in acclimatization. Return to Horombo Hut, surrounded by stunning alpine desert scenery.

Day 4 - Horombo Hut Kibo Hut
The trail advances to the Saddle, a barren lunar landscape nestled between Mawenzi and Kibo. Reach Kibo Hut, situated at 4,700 meters, amidst a stark alpine desert.

Day 5 - Kibo Hut Uhuru Peak (Summit Point) - Back to Horombo Hut
Begin the summit push under the stars, navigating steep inclines and rocky terrain. Arrive at Uhuru Peak, standing triumphantly at 5,895 meters above sea level. Descend back to Horombo Hut.

Day 6 - Horombo Hut Mandara Hut - Marangu Gate - Back to Moshi/Arusha
Descend through the rainforest, passing Mandara Hut and arriving at the Marangu Gate. Transfer back to Moshi or Arusha, cherishing the memories of an incredible Kilimanjaro summit.
