Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - Moshi/Arusha - Machame Gate - Machame Camp
Embark on the Machame Route, starting at the Machame Gate. As you ascend, witness the transition from lush rainforest to moorland, unveiling the diverse vegetation that characterizes the lower elevations. The temperature varies from a balmy 20°C to a cooler 5°C, showcasing Kilimanjaro's climatic diversity.

Day 2 - Machame Camp - Shira 2 Camp
Climbing higher, you will reach the Shira 2 Camp. At an altitude of approximately 3,850 meters, the landscape transforms into an alpine desert. The temperature drops, hovering between 15°C and 25°C, emphasizing the changing climate and challenging your ascent.

Day 3 - Shira 2 Camp - Lava Tower - Barranco Camp
Today, you will ascend to the Lava Tower, standing at 4,630 meters. As you descend to Barranco Camp, notice the unique flora adapted to the harsh conditions. The temperature fluctuates between 5°C and 15°C, highlighting the diversity of Kilimanjaro's microclimates.

Day 4 - Barranco Camp - Karanga Camp - Barafu Camp
Hike through the scenic Barranco Wall, gaining panoramic views of the landscape. Arriving at Barafu Camp, situated at 4,600 meters, the temperature drops significantly, ranging from -5°C to 5°C. The sparse vegetation reflects the challenging conditions as you prepare for the summit push.

Day 5 - Barafu Camp - Uhuru Peak Back to Barafu Camp then to Mweka Camp
The summit day unfolds, as you reach Uhuru Peak, standing proudly at 5,895 meters. Experience the thrill of triumph before descending to Barafu Camp. Continue to Mweka Camp, situated in a rainforest zone, where the temperature rises to 20°C, marking a return to the lush greenery.

Day 6 - Mweka Camp - Mweka Gate Back to Moshi
Complete your journey by descending to Mweka Gate. As you leave the mountain, savor the accomplishment and reflect on the diverse landscapes conquered. Return to Moshi with memories of Kilimanjaro etched in your heart.
