Tour Itinerary
Day 1 - Moshi to Rongai Gate to Simba Camp
The journey begins as the trekking group leaves Moshi for the Rongai Gate. This initial leg introduces lush rainforests, teeming with vibrant flora. As the altitude gradually increases, the landscape transitions to heath and moorland zones. Simba Camp offers a picturesque first overnight stay.

Day 2 - Simba Camp to Second Cave
Ascending further, the trek leads through the alpine desert, marked by otherworldly landscapes with sparse vegetation. The Second Cave, nestled amidst this unique terrain, provides a stark yet stunning setting for the night.

Day 3 - Second Cave to Kikelewa Cave

Day 4 - Kikelewa Cave to Mawenzi Tarn

Day 5 - Mawenzi Tarn to Kibo Hut
The Mawenzi Tarn to Kibo Hut trek takes you through some of the most breathtaking landscapes on Mount Kilimanjaro. As you begin your journey from Mawenzi Tarn, located at an altitude of approximately 4,300 meters, you'll be surrounded by magnificent rocky formations and pristine alpine lakes. The trail ascends gradually, offering panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and peaks.

Day 6 - Kibo Hut to Uhuru Peak (summit) to Horombo Hut
The trek from Kibo Hut to Uhuru Peak, the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, is an exhilarating and challenging journey. As you leave Kibo Hut, located at an altitude of around 4,700 meters, you'll make your way towards the ultimate goal – reaching the highest point in Africa. The ascent is steep and demanding, but the views and sense of achievement make it all worthwhile.

Day 7 - Horombo Hut to Mandara Hut to Marangu Gate Back to Moshi/Arusha
