Day 1 - Moshi/Arusha to Machame Gate to Machame Camp
The hike commences at the Machame Gate, starting in a dense rainforest teeming with unique flora and fauna. The temperature ranges from 12°C to 27°C, and the distance covered is approximately 18km.

Day 2 - Machame Camp to Shira 2 Camp
Ascending further, the trail unveils captivating views of the Shira Plateau. Temperatures drop as you climb, averaging between 7°C and 15°C. The height reaches around 3,850 meters, showcasing heath and moorland vegetation.

Day 4 - Barranco Camp to Karanga
Hiking through the Barranco Wall, the path leads to Karanga Valley, characterized by its desert-like vegetation and temperatures between 5°C and 10°C. The distance covered is approximately 6km.
